I was having issues with Sephora sending oxidized glow recipe (3 were sent oxidized) so I contacted glow recipe and they sent me one. It arrives and it is also oxidized. I let them know and they say it will still work. Once vitamin c is oxidized it is no longer as potent They have stopped responding to my emails. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

I had ordered this serum from Sephora a year ago and LOVED IT!it was perfect for my sensitive skin, not sticky and smelled great. In August I ordered another is it came oxidized. I contacted Sephora and they sent me a new one and it was also oxidized. Then they sent another and it was also oxidized! I was little frustrated so I thought if I ordered straight from glow recipe it would be better. I told them of the issue I had and sent a photo of the colour, the lot number of each the serum that had gone bad. I got my serum and it was also oxidized and from the same lot as the others!!! Not only that but it’s way stickier than I remember the nice smell is not there. Glow recipe has some quality control issues with this serum!
