Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Balm SPF 45

This may be the first Glow Recipe product that I didn't really love. It's harder to apply than a lotion- the lotion I can spread around and know that I got it everywhere. I'll swipe this stick all over my face and then try and spread the product around. It feels stickier. It does give the dewy-glow though. I now have one breakout on my cheek and I wonder if it's from this, because this was the only change to my routine.

Also, because it's a stick, it's not really share-able. I don't want my friend to ask for some sunscreen and then swipe this stick all over her face, too- that just feels icky.

The old sunscreen was way better. However, this is a good option if you're worried about whitecast, because there will be none. As I understand it, this is why Glow Recipe discontinued the old sunscreen. Whitecast was never a problem for me personally using the old sunscreen.

I see others complaining about the packaging, and how there's a lot of wasted product, like at the end of a lipstick tube. I've only used it for like a week so I haven't made it that far yet, but the other reviewers are probably right about that.

Glow Recipe- it is, in fact, okay, to carry more than one sunscreen. Just because you made a new product doesn't mean that you needed to get rid of the old one. This way, people can have options depending on their preferences. Bring back the old sunscreen, please.

This sunscreen is so convenient (being a stick form) and I love the dewy finish so much

okay so , i bought this product not too long ago maybe like 2 weeks ago? and let me tell u it is so good, ik it’s a lot but here’s my reasons

1. a stick in my opinion is sm better in my opinion it applies easier than like a sunscreen cream because it leaves like this nasty greasy feeling i hate sm, and it b getting in my eyes sumtimes

2. good for ur kids if u have any, sunscreen can be a hassal applying on kids, but i feel like it’s a lot easier this way

3. overall it’s amazing i love it and it smells so good

is this good for a mix of oily and dry?

yup! if ur oily n the nose i recommend applying a little because every sunscreen is a little greasy but not a lot

I’m going to say a few things; there is not a lot of product in the package, compared to everything else sold through the company. Little product, tons of plastic container.

It’s very small, my 4 yr old hand fits it perfectly.

Used it for a lake trip (5 hr sun time) between 3 people. The little product that’s there is a quarter gone.

It’s also greasy and heavy. I think the “shine” is from the oil. A disappointment but it’s new and has room to improve! Just waiting for the lotion SPF to come back.

If you are on vacation though and need something small for your suitcase or purse this is quick and easy!
