What is Glow Recipe's return policy?
We absolutely want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please return your purchase to Glow Recipe for a full refund within 15 days of the purchase date.

Return shipping is free - please e-mail returns@glowrecipe.com to receive a complimentary return label.

Once the returned product is received, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that the original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, customs duties or fees. Click here for our detailed shipping policy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on one time use products such as sheet masks, international orders and shipments, including those packages that are shipped to Canada.
