YOUR ULTIMATE

GLOW ROUTINE

Glowing, healthy skin begins with a well-rounded skincare routine. Inspired by Korean Beauty methods, our ideal routine incorporates multi-tasking products that can help you to achieve balance, no matter how your skin is feeling.

Your skin's needs change on a daily basis in response to our environment, the season, and even our stress levels. Discover which products are right for your skin today, or keep reading below for your starter guide.

STEP 1: DOUBLE CLEANSE

A.k.a. the foundation of a good-for-you skincare routine. Double cleansing ensures that the multiple layers of skin care, makeup, dirt, and oils are all thoroughly removed. Use an oil-based cleanser to remove stubborn oil-based products, makeup, and SPF. Use a SLS-free foaming cleanser to clean skin of dirt and debris.

GLOW TIP

Use the K-beauty 1:1 Method (massage an oil-based cleanser for 1 full minute, then a foaming cleanser for 1 full minute) to achieve hydrated, bouncy, clean skin.

EXTRA TLC: WASH-OFF MASK

Apply a generous layer of our Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask or Watermelon Glow Hyaluronic Clay Pore-Tight Facial onto cleansed, moist skin and wash off after 5 minutes for an instant skin reset that can be used daily.

GLOW TIP:

Focus the treatment on areas of concern, including the T-Zone or where your pores are more prominent.

STEP 2: TONE

Balance your skin's pH levels with your first leave-on treatment. We love multi-tasking toners that hydrate, balance, and treat over astringent ones (and we're sure your skin will, too!) to help prep skin for optimal absorption of products.

GLOW TIP:

GLOW TIP:

Press toner directly into skin to help with absorption

STEP 3: EYE CREAM

The skin around your eyes is incredibly delicate and prone to dehydration, which means this area requires special love and care through products that are specially formulated for your eyes. We recommend applying eye cream before your other actives and moisturizers (which may not be opthamologist tested).

GLOW TIP:

Always use your ring finger to apply eye products — it’s the weakest and won’t pull or tug on the delicate eye area.

STEP 4: TREAT

The treatment step is where active ingredients shine. This is when you’ll use your serums, essences, and ampoules to target specific skin care concerns like hyperpigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles, redness, or dehydration.

MAKEUP HACK:

MAKEUP HACK:

Watermelon Dew Drops can be used as a serum step before moisturizer or as the last step of your routine as a primer. Depending on how you’re feeling that day, apply makeup or not — you dew you!

GLOW TIP:

GLOW TIP:

We love layering multiple serums to cocktail products in order to suit your skin's ever changing needs

Gently pat in your treatments with the tips of your fingers to make sure they absorb completely before moving on to the next layer.

STEP 5: MOISTURIZE

Seal in all that skincare goodness with a hydrating and soothing moisturizer. Cream moisturizers are best suited for dry or dehydrated skin, while lightweight gel moisturizers work great for more oily or combination complexions.

GLOW TIP:

GLOW TIP:

Skip the primer and use a moisturizer with priming and smoothing properties to prep your skin for makeup.

STEP 6 (AM): SPF

This lightweight daily SPF 50 provides broad spectrum protection with a blend of gentle mineral and chemical sunscreen actives to provide the best of both worlds: ultimate sun protection & blendability. Formulated with hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, watermelon & aloe, this SPF hydrates, soothes, and evens skin tone and texture while it protects.

STEP 7 (PM): MASK

Masks are great when you want a skincare boost or to treat yourself with some extra TLC. We love to incorporate a sleeping mask nightly as the last step of our skincare routine. They work overnight while you sleep, which is when your skin is in active repair mode to help you wake up with a glowing complexion.

GLOW TIP:

GLOW TIP:

Have combination skin? Try mixing and matching masks or to spot treat problem areas. We love to use a lightweight exfoliating mask on the T-zone, and nourishing masks on areas prone to dryness.

DAILY ESSENTIALS

Throughout the day, skin is losing hydration from environmental factors. Not only is it important to keep your skin hydrated and bouncy 24/7, your body needs to be treated with the same TLC too.

BODY

BODY

Approach body care like skin care. Your body goes through the same environmental stressors as your face so it's important to maintain the strength of the skin barrier and protect and nourish the skin. Use body products that use the same effective, clean ingredients and technology used in face treatments

GLOW TIP:

Apply additional layers of the Watermelon Glow Pink Dream Body Cream onto rougher, more dehydrated areas like elbows, knees, and cuticles for added moisture.

MIST

MIST

Skin is constantly losing hydration from environmental factors. Mists are an easy, fun way to help keep skin hydrated and bouncy, 24/7. You can also mist between each step of your skin-care routine for a “glass skin” look.

GLOW TIP:

Mist before makeup to prep skin and after makeup to help set your look!

LIP

LIP

Don’t forget to take care of all parts of your skin! Lips are naturally much thinner than other parts of the body and don’t have oil glands, which is why lips get chapped! An effective, dual-purpose lip care step makes all the difference.

GLOW TIP:

Use the Lip Pop as a primer for extra-drying lip stains and lipsticks!
