MOTHERS DAY GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on May 7, 2026 at 12PM EST through May 13, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM EST, like the post for the giveaway launch on the @glowrecipe Instagram account and tag one of your mom friends, and follow the official Instagram accounts for Glow Recipe (@glowreceipe), Happiest Baby (@happiest_baby_uk), POM (@get.pom), and Kindred Bravely (@kindredbravely). To enter without paying any fee, making any purchase, or submitting a review, on a plain piece of 3”x5” paper, hand print your complete first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), email address and daytime phone number (including area code), and send your entry in a #10 business-size envelope with first class-postage affixed to Sponsor at the address in Section 11, below. Mailed entries received without a verifiable and legible return address will be deemed incomplete and invalid. Eligible entries must be postmarked on or before May 12, 2026 and received by May 13, 2026 to be included in the random drawing. Mail-in entries that are not in the format specified above, that are illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, or reproduced via photocopier or otherwise will be considered null and void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not in control of and not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected, returned to sender, postage-due mail-in entries or mail-in entries not processed by the Post Office by the deadline. All material submitted becomes the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. No correspondence will be acknowledged or entered into; requests for confirmation of quantity and/or receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age and older as of the date of your review or other entry, except for employees of Aramara Beauty LLC dba Glow Recipe ("Sponsor") and its and their respective their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively "Promotion Parties"), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.

4. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about May 14, 2026 by Sponsor to select the winners from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winners will be notified by direct message from the official Glow Recipe Instagram (@glowrecipe). Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this giveaway, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use each winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:By entering this giveaway, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. For the purposes of this limitation of liability, Promotion Parties shall include Meta Platforms, Inc. (dba Instagram), Happiest Baby, Inc., Owie LLC , Akerson Enterprises LLC, DBA Kindred Bravely, and the owners and operators of any other social media platform used by Glow Recipe to promote the giveaway. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this giveaway; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this giveaway; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the giveaway, or announcement of the prizes. If, in the Sponsor's opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the giveaway, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this giveaway in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.

6. PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive one (1) $250 Glow Recipe gift card, one (1) $250 Happiest Baby gift card, one (1) $250 Pom gift card, and one (1) $250 Kindred Bravely gift card. Total prize value: $1000. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit one prize per family or household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

7. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this giveaway and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in New York, New York.

8. PRIVACY: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on https://www.glowrecipe.com/pages/privacy-policy.

9. WINNERS LIST: For the name of the prize winners, available on or after about May 14, 2026, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to sponsor at the address listed in Section 11 below.
