What is your shipping policy?
Glow Recipe offers free US standard shipping on any purchases of $50 and over. For orders less than $50, there is a flat delivery fee of $6.95. Click here for our detailed shipping policy


Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! You will be updated automatically with a tracking number when your order ships. Can't find the email? Remember to add
love@glowrecipe.com to your safe senders list. 


How are products shipped from Glow Recipe? Do you have international shipping?

Glow Recipe ships via FedEx Smart Post for US domestic orders with the exception of Hawaii and California, which are USPS.

We ship via USPS First Class Intl to Canada, New Zealand, The Philippines, Poland, Switzerland, Ireland, Israel, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark,Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Costa Rica, Finland, Slovenia, Norway, Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Sweden, Indonesia, Vietnam, Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore with a flat rate of $26

This service does not have tracking and takes anywhere up to 15 business days. If you are currently residing in another region and would like to place an order with Glow Recipe, please email love@glowrecipe.com.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on one time use products (e.g. sheet masks, rubber masks and Aqua Peelers), or international orders and shipments, including those packages that are shipped to Canada.

What is your return policy?
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. Glow Recipe allows 30 day returns for all product with the exception of those listed below. Please email love@glowrecipe.com and we will email you a label for free return shipping. Please note that the original shipping costs can not be refunded.  

Please also note that single use products (such as sheet masks and rubber masks) that have been opened are not returnable. Cushion compacts and makeup items are also not eligible for returns. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments, including those packages that are shipped to Canada.


Will I be charged for sales taxes? 
There is no sales tax charge unless the shipment is being delivered to New York or New Jersey state.

Where are the products sold by Glow Recipe sourced from? 
Glow Recipe works directly with our partner brands in Korea or with their US counterparts. We do not resell products from any unverified 3rd party sources. We believe this is critical to be able to provide our customers with authentic, pristine, recently produced products. 


Where can I find the product expiry date?
The majority of Korean brands mark the date of production (제조년월) on packaging, instead of expiry dates (유통기한) on their packaging. All products sold by Glow Recipe are carefully inspected for production/ expiry dates before shipping. If you have any concerns, please email us at love@glowrecipe.com.  


I signed up for your mailing list and I'm not receiving any emails/ or the 10% off first time order code. 
Please make sure that love@glowrecipe.com is on your safe senders list. Also when you first sign up, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. You will begin receiving emails after you click on the confirmation.  If you can't find this confirmation email, search your email for 'love@glowrecipe.com'.
