    Missing advent calendar

    The package I received contained only a small set of sample items, which were add-ons to my order. The Advent Calendar itself is completely missing.

    Elf on the Shelf Nailed it!

    My daughter (14 year old) is only half way through opening her advent calendar but she is obsessed. Actually waking her self up for school in anticipation of the next gift. Her elf on the shelf brought for her ;)

    Daughter never got her advent calendar!

    I ordered my daughter’s advent calendar 3 weeks ago and Only received part of our order with no expected arrival of the advent calendar. There is no way to get in contact with someone- the order number linked to my free products included with the purchase of my advent calendar reads delivered however it is clear that only part of my order was full-filled. I know people who have ordered this after me that have received theirs. I have no updates and no way of speaking to someone in order to gain clarity.     Perfect holiday gift!

    I sent this kit to a few friends, and they all loved it. The selection is amazing, and I love that it comes with full-size products. It looks even better than last year’s version. The packaging is gorgeous. So elegant and festive! I’m definitely putting this one under my Christmas tree!
