Broken product! Horrible customer service
I notified Glow recipe of a broken product I received. In addition to their continued slowed responses, once they finally got back with me, and I sent pictures and proof, they only credited me for the cost before taxes of the product. Therefore, leaving me to pay taxes again and shipping just to get a replacement!!! I have been trying to get a replacement for three weeks and this was a birthday gift!. I do not recommend! I will buy from Sephora from now on. !!
