I have been using the eye cream for months. Like it was 3 months plus. I ordered this obviously for the deal. The dew drops are my FAV. I also ordered a stand alone eye cream with this order. As soon as I opened one of the eye creams, the color of it was off. But I didn’t think too much of it and when I used it, it burned my under eye area. Then I used the stand alone bottle I bought and the color was not the same nor did it burn my under eye. So that alone especially since I’ve been usually it regularly, it must have been expired if you will. I contacted customer support explaining all of this and I felt just that bottle was defective. The response I got was very disappointing. They said to see a dermatologist if I’m having an issue with their products. That clearly wasn’t the issue seeing as the second bottle I had gave me zero issues and I’ve been using it for months. In my opinion, the resolution for a defective product is to replace it. Spending as much money on these products that we do and when it’s clearly just a defective product, that’s just obvious to me. This also makes it obvious why the kits aren’t returnable and why they’re ‘deals.’ My opinion is because they’re expiring products and they don’t have to replace them when they’re defective. I really LOVE these products, but the way this was handled was incredibly poor in my opinion.
